Summary: Ha Noi - HaiPhong Expressway Project is inaugurated by the Prime Minister on 05/12/2015 and is considered as the most modern expressway in Vietnam thanks to the potential and the mentality of investors, the consensus from the Central to local levels and the determination of many domestic and foreign contractors.

 

This article gathers some experiences in Monitoringand Consulting of the Project done by the consortium of international consultants of MI-VJEC.

 

1. GIỚI THIỆU DỰ ÁN

 

Quy mô dự án Tuyến đường có chiều dài 105,5 km, điểm đầu giao cắt với vành đai 3 cách cầu Thanh Trì 1 km về phía Bắc trên địa bàn phường Thạch Bàn, quận Long Biên, TP. Hà Nội, điểm cuối tại cảng Ðình Vũ, quận Hải An, TP. Hải Phòng (xem Hình 1)....
